Our services are available exclusively to authorised clients who meet the necessary regulatory requirements under UK or Isle of Man firearms legislation, as applicable. All clients must provide evidence of appropriate authorisation before services can be provided.
Quotations
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Should the scope of work change, a revised quotation will be provided.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed on a per-client basis and confirmed in writing. For new clients, payment may be required in advance or upon completion depending on the nature of the work. Regular clients may be offered credit terms by arrangement.
Cancellation
Cancellation of booked services must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled collection may be subject to a cancellation fee. Work in progress cannot be cancelled once commenced.
Engineering Services
Inspection and Assessment
All items submitted for engineering work will undergo an initial inspection and assessment. A quotation will be provided following this assessment. If you choose not to proceed with the recommended work, an inspection fee may apply.
Warranty
All engineering work is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or subsequent modification by third parties.
Parts
Where replacement parts are required, we will use quality parts appropriate to the item. Original manufacturer parts will be sourced where available and requested. Third-party parts may be used where appropriate and will be noted on the invoice.
Timescales
Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Complex work or parts availability may affect timescales. We will keep you informed of progress and any delays.
Storage Services
Storage Fees
Storage fees are charged per item on a weekly or monthly basis as agreed. Fees are payable in advance. Long-term storage may be paid annually at a reduced rate.
Insurance
All items in our storage are covered by our insurance policy. Coverage limits and specific terms are available on request. Clients may wish to maintain their own insurance for items of exceptional value.
Access
Access to stored items is by appointment only during normal business hours. Emergency access outside business hours may be arranged in exceptional circumstances.
Retrieval
Items may be retrieved at any time subject to settlement of outstanding fees. We require reasonable notice for retrieval to ensure items are prepared and documentation is ready.
Logistics Services
Collection and Delivery
Collection and delivery times are scheduled by appointment. We will make every effort to meet agreed times but cannot guarantee precise arrival times due to traffic and other factors outside our control.
Documentation
Full chain-of-custody documentation is maintained for all movements. Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary authorisations and paperwork are in place prior to collection.
Insurance
All items in transit are fully insured. Coverage details are provided on request. Clients must declare accurate values for insurance purposes.
Packaging
Items must be presented in appropriate packaging or cases for transportation. We can provide temporary cases where required, subject to availability and additional charge.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of items in our custody as declared for insurance purposes. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from delays or service interruptions.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, regulatory changes, severe weather, or civil unrest.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items presented to us are legally held and that all necessary authorisations are in place. We reserve the right to refuse to handle any items where legality is in doubt.
