Shipping Information
Merchandise is shipped by tracked courier. Regulated items move only under our own secure logistics arrangements, with full chain-of-custody documentation and comprehensive insurance.
Delivery Times
- Merchandise: 2-3 business days
- Firearms & Ammunition: transfer arranged following certificate verification — in person or via your nominated RFD
Certificate Verification
Regulated items are transferred strictly in accordance with UK or Isle of Man firearms legislation, as applicable. We verify your valid Firearm or Shotgun Certificate, with appropriate conditioning, before any sale or transfer is completed.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Firearms and ammunition cannot be returned once dispatched due to regulatory requirements.
